Welcome to TripZi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TripZi Chrome Extension ("Extension") provided by TripZi Inc. ("TripZi," "we," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

1. License and Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TripZi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Extension.

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. d. Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent. e. Engage in any activity that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including its design, graphics, text, and other content, is the property of TripZi and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination
TripZi reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the Extension at any time for any reason without notice. We may also terminate your access to the Extension if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TripZi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

9. Changes to Terms
TripZi may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the Extension. Your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
